Absolutely fantastic movie!!
An underestimatided movie... not on todays level of CGI an other "tricks" - but for the plot - the filming - and foremost - the Actors! - all being supreme - and the music score.
Outstanding! I’m so glad you were able to find and post this video! Thank you!!!
This guy narrates this also did the making of the Dirty Dozen , another MGM film who did a lot of "Epic films " during the 60's.
We went to that castle for holyday, It was so beautiful today...Peter, Marites and Gerrit Jan, 14th August 2021. Greets from Holland and the Philippines. Make love not war.

Pity they are not making movies like this any more.
But they think they are making movies like this, but they are not. Never.

They don’t make ‘em like they used to
Ingrid Pit 😍
She was a Pole.
Whatever she was, she was ridiculously hot.
Ingrid Pitt was born in 1937, so she would have remembered Ww2.
+Forensource she was in a camp.and can't remember it? she was half jewish
That Teutonic Twat.
Richard Burton “English”. A famous Welshman of his time.
to esperando alguem alguem alguem qualquer um seja la quem for ,postar esse filme completo e dublado, mas nao aparece um pra fazer essa postagem, que coisa viu!
Elizabeth Taylor at 7:56
Did Ingrid Pitt say Richard Burton was English? no no he's Welsh
What is song playing from
4:08 (while Ingrid is driving the horse carriage)?
Woman going on the set on foot 3 hours, do the shot scene in 5 minutes, and then come back 3 hours again.
Jesus Christ !
it is a great and humane pity, that appreciated very good actors, like CLINT EASTWOOD in many westerns so good so really saw him happy to find a handsome actor, ... do not retire in FULL GLORY, WHEN LOOKING WELL, NOT VERY MUCH "OLDERED" if I may say, like a face of an ancient "paper".....is stupid for his former admirers, ...in WW 2 - WAR MOVIES and in POLICE MOVIES, the actor is too old to be suitable, .....the money brought by real wonderful movies are enaugh, to ensure him a peaceful nice old ages, but, to appear again and again, in other movies of action,,, to be so "poor" as face....I remained disappointed
You really need some English language lessons.
'Where Eagles Shit.'
classic, they don't make them like this anymore!
This best war movie I have seen up till now full of suspense thriller. Time flew watching it, has if u are Germany when u watch this movie in theatre. Thks to Director & producer.

Lovely Ingrid Pit x
the best ww2 commando movie of all time !
Can we talk about Düsseldorf?
Brilliant. Thanks for posting this. Great to see the lovely Ingrid Pitt too!
The best war movie ever.
HARDLY.
1968. Clint Was Just Coming Off The Success Of The Spaghetti Westerns. Love To Visit Austria One Day. Great Movie
You can find this is the same clip came along in the "Extra Special Features" in MGM Blu-ray of the movie. Still is one of the classic WW II films
Did Burton and Eastwood get along?
Yes very well.
Eastwood said to burton you do the talking and I will do the shooting!
Best & Excellent Movie
Tempo que os atores eram humanos e não máquinas, como, agora. Mesmo tendo doubles, ainda assim havia certos riscos, sacrifício e esforço .
It was not frighten being in Austria during the WW2
Ingrid Pitt says Eastwood is American, she is German....and Richard Burton is English!!! ..well not really ......Richard Burton was a proud Welshman from Wales!!
She was Polish
Is that David Ford doing the narration?
What is the first musical piece clip featured in this documentary?
Not sure, but it reminds me of The Third Man.
